From what I've seen, no significant turns have come without the top or bottom spotters in place.

Currently, no top spotter.

The last spotter in place was the bottom spotter on Feb.5th at SPX 1044.50.

We had a top spotter generated March 25th, but it wasn't confirmed and then negated.
