Although PCS made some noise around this stock and bought about 30 M, they are not that vocal about it today.

So if they decided to buy 30 M shares with their own money and not promoting it every 30 minutes, must be they know something big is coming regarding this R/M.

Why would they be low profile today, it's not their style.
