I believe they are very very close right now and if this does what I think it will do $.05 will be way in the rear view mirror before long. The permit should give it a spike then how they decide to PR this we could see a nice run. I think they have a PR group on board ready to go too. I'd have to do a bit of research to find the name of the company doing the PR work.
