JP: In this market, there can be no exit strategy until the debit is paid down. The debt alone makes NeoMedia's valuation too expensive. I know it looks it like the only option right now, but it is really not an option. When Scanbuy sells, maybe. When Mobile Tag sells, maybe even a little more.

NeoMedia will not be the first to exit.
