I think TW is right about the S-8, time was running out to get it cheap enough so that when the approval comes they make the big, big hit with the cheap shares. This must been well planned by corporate. The Donald would have given them a thumbs up for being a sneaky set of officers. It will work too.
CJ, I am treating the S-8 is the equivalent of an "insider buy." From a TA perspective you often see volume spikes to the upside with the stock drifting back down ahead of the news,sometimes months ahead of time. These volume spikes happen for no apparent reason. What is amazing is the fact that management may FINALLY be aligned on our side so I am looking for some nice price appreciation in 2005. Hopefully, the dilution of 2004 is over. TW
