That I just don't know - there were several junior bonds and I don't think they have a Guarantee like the Capital Trusts.


I do know that there is a Contract/ Indenture that the Trustee has for the Subordinated Debentures/Notes that are being held in the Trust by The Bank of New York, Mellon.


This Indenture was filed with the Proof of Claim along with the Guarantee for the Capital Trusts.


I will try to review it and find out what it says about rights in the event of a bankruptcy.
