#2680 RE: Brad Herrin #2679

This has been a major frustration of mine. These PRs are very poorly written. The sentence you are both referring to can be read either way:

"In addition, Wireless Age plans to own 20% of Sunbay Canada as well as developing Sunbay projects in the United States."

Does this mean:
We will own 20% of Sunbay Canada and 20% of projects in the US?
OR
We will own 20% of Sunbay Canada and 100% of projects in the US?

Who writes these things? Do you think these ambiguities are intentional?

Looks to me we have NO rights for anything in the US, as it says WLSA has continued it's negotiations.

Further to the current restructuring, the Company has continued its negotiations for the exclusive rights to waste-to-energy technology and the rights to participate in Sunbay Energy plasma gasification projects in the United States, as previously announced on August 11, 2009. The Company anticipates that the transaction currently being negotiated is forthcoming, however, will be on revised terms.

I just wish for once they would announce something that has actually happened, and can be proven.

Until then, it's just coulda, woulda, shoulda, maybe or maybe not, if the stars are in alignment, etc, etc.
