A change from 10.4B to 11.5B is all I have heard. My math says that is 1B.

When the first buyout PR was issued back on March 12th, the O/S here was 9.6 billion shares. Now, less than one month later and multiple lies about an April 10th buyout, the O/S is 11.5 billion shares and change. Do the math from those facts.
