What does Scottrade have to do with the A/S? That is like getting the official price of a chocolate bar from the guy down the street. You either talk to the TA or the SOS site for that info those are the definitive sources not outdated filings proxied through a broker.

Scott Trade is using old out dated, worthless numbers... because they are required to do so. AS = 3 Billion. OS = 2,75 Billion - 3+ Billion. Thats just the way it is in Pinky land. learn ... or go broke
