Does this mean the CEO is selling shares on the open market so as to dilute the the pps and then he wants to buy back shares?
Isn't that stock manipulation and get him landed in jail?
Seems odd to me that a guy who can have a major influence on the pps is also buying after his actions has Tanked the stock..

Just odd to me and doesn't make sense. If this is the week for the buiy back, then I'm all for it so long as I can sell at a reasonable return on all these cheap shres I had the forethought to buy. All I want is above 50%.

SHOCKER...the O/S is up....you don't say. Meanwhile the PPS will drop and Dean will buy the low price shares......then he will dangle another carrot (pump ) and sell again. IMO

Dissapointing again, but not really surprised by now. We're taking a shellacking today. Hope this buyback really does kick in, otherwise, this stock will take the hurting to new levels. GLTA.

WOW....what a surprise. Like I said before...IMO Dean will continue to mislead while he maxes out the OS. He never got the 15mil bridge loan that he lied about and IMO he will not get 350mil dollars. I see this stock getting halted as more and more people file complaints about Dean the scam artist.........IMO.

He has no money and has no problem misleading the shareholder to get it.
