That would be a great start. And if they did the same with the members of the law suit they would almost have a clean slate and would not have these distractions.
Bottom line is they cannot expect a free ride using share holders and other investors money. IMO they account for most of the income they have gotten from inception of the company except for what appears to be some funds they got on a real estate loan for their properties which they own. If they can pay back on that real estate loan, probably with interests to them selves, well they need to do the same with their investors.
I would like to see if they could put their buisness plan into action, but nobody should expect a free ride at the expense of others.
