Like your scenario Pagosa.
I am currently involved in a rights offering.
A .15/.20 cent stock that is offering a 1 for 1 to current s/h for .5 cents/share.
Had a similar thought whereby s/h could be salvaged somewhat when full conversion takes place, but unfortunately only a thought.

They could offer a rights offering before the r/s, bump the o/s to 4.5 bil then reverse it. When YA converts, even up to the potential 230 mil (as laid out in the 10k, current shareholders would still have about 20% of the pie with 45 mil o/s.

The real question (and I am not trying to stir the pot)
Have you seen any prior action from YA or Neom mgmt that shows a genuine concern or interest for the retail s/h?
Not that they could surprise us all, but it is just not characteristic for these particular players here. IMO
