You are correct springroll....they did hold off on one major project slated for 2009....they had an offer in to purchase BI-LO stores/assets...BI-LO was/is in bankruptcy at the time.....sometime in late 2009-early 2010 the deal was rejected.

the fact remains, as you have pointed out, Food Lion both expanded and remodeled stores in 2007-2008-2009.
