I don't think they relied too much on U.S. importation anyway...I think that news has already been factored into the PPS.

Again, my main concern is just if the company is real or not and if they are actually trying to attract clients. If I see some proof of that and this stock runs again I will gladly eat my words. As of now though, it looks to me that they'll dilute this thing into triple zeros.

The U.S. market was only 12-14% of TzuFuma's sales until they stopped the importation voluntarily in light of the FDA's actions.

The FDA had warned that e-cig use poses "acute health risks," that "the dangers posed by their toxic chemicals . . . cannot seriously be questioned," and that they have caused a wide variety of potentially serious symptoms "including racing pulse, dizziness, slurred speech, mouth ulcers, heartburn, coughing, diarrhea, and sore throat."

Isn't this amazing, "acute health risks", and I guess smoking tobacco is harmless. Any moron can see that E-cigs are safer than tobacco products except the FDA who seems to be doing the bidding of Big tobacco.
