The U.S. market was only 12-14% of TzuFuma's sales until they stopped the importation voluntarily in light of the FDA's actions.
The FDA had warned that e-cig use poses "acute health risks," that "the dangers posed by their toxic chemicals . . . cannot seriously be questioned," and that they have caused a wide variety of potentially serious symptoms "including racing pulse, dizziness, slurred speech, mouth ulcers, heartburn, coughing, diarrhea, and sore throat."
Isn't this amazing, "acute health risks", and I guess smoking tobacco is harmless. Any moron can see that E-cigs are safer than tobacco products except the FDA who seems to be doing the bidding of Big tobacco.
