I doubt it. Only if the market is confused about the extension (which would not be out of the norm). The extension is to allow them to upgrade to a more sophistcated IDEN system that would make the use of PTT easier on CDMA systems amongst other efficiencies. It will take 3 years before Nextel's IDEN system is entirely absorbed by CDMA.
