No problem. I have been buying Modavox/Augme shares for almost 4 years so I know a lot about the company. Most companies like this one would have folded the doors long ago but they have managed to not only survive but seem to be right in the middle of the Mobile advertising explosion. If you look at their list of partners you can not find anyone else in the Mobile space who is better positioned. The fact is they must be beating out billion dollar companies for this work which speaks volumes. My guess is one of these companies will take a serious look at what Augme could really become inside their own company. Of course that does not account for any value placed on the IP. On that front all I will say is Tacoda/AOL admits to ordering the evidence destroyed after a meet and confer between the two companies and a year after the suit was filed. This is a very serious problem for AOL/Tacoda and their strategy of stalling and hoping Augme goes away is not going to work. Have a Happy Easter.
