Good point! Talk about closing the barn door after the horse got out...these guys have perfected it. Had there been no pressure from the "bashers", GSRE, who holds the supposed lease and rights to the Eberle well, would never have talked to the governing regulatory body, the TRRC. What sort of dd and corporate oversight does that show? And Jim Hale, as duly appointed project manager, should have been the one clarifying all the gray areas regarding the status of the well.
