Let's not forget that a vote came up for us shareholders at the meeting. That vote was to give blessing to the issuance of the shares to Sig leisure. Yes we did retain an Engineering company and a contractor. But, that is all IPWG did RETAIN an engineering co and contractor. IPWG created a subsidary for the poland project too. So far the engineering company, Contractor and subsidiaries for the Poland project have yet to actually start doing anything.
