i'm pretty sure they're pretty new at running a public company. because they definitely wouldn't have bought this shell if they knew what they were doing. they also wouldn't have went with a cheap media outlet for the merger PR, which was initially announced on January 26, 2010, but since it did not reach the masses the pps only hit .012.. then they released the same PR again through marketwire on Febraury 3, 2010, which then brought in the heavy volume that spiked the pps up to .027. the first PR didn't even show up on ihub.
