Is this the same Jim Hale that gave money to Tejones when they did not have a valid permit? Does Jim Hale and Brandon Toth know that the cannot appoint or resign when the company is not in good standing? Toth cannot just run off into the sunset, he may be personally responsible for anything that happened while GSRE is not in good standing.
