The 10-k is released to the SEC but the press release to the business wires are not going to be release until Monday.That is the reason why I couldn't find it on any of the business news wire. So the business and investment community will not know of this until Monday

I believe then we will have more investors jumping on board. It could make a nice pop on the share price. It doesn't take much buying at the ask to make this stock rise.
