Yep, big news. But, my concern is the R/S. Will the new company really reverse merge and keep the current 2.5 billion outstanding shares plus? I doubt it. They'll probably reverse split this somewhere between 100 and 1,000 to 1.

hey frankie! dd for ekwx is pretty hard too come bye im finding out but we have found a post named dd on yahoo board that would make a great sticky? barrington industries is out of colorado? they make head sets for the navy! ekwx is into mining exploring and has some state of the art equipment too find these mines! still not finding a connection here besides they are both located in the same region in the usa! ill keep diggin! thanks for the great job as mod!
