gap, all great points...paints a scary picture... perhaps the best route for them is exactly what you said, do business and not worry about it now. Nobody with shares wants to hear that of course, but they also don't want them to go to the garbage....
so if they can get the first round of cash to run the biz and start actually building a plant that is verifiable, start storing waste for income and get going on other locations, AND STOP PRINTING SHARES...... then they should have a real honest shot at being able to force the chill lifted with evidence of the business on the move...even if by lawsuit....
might have to wait it out for a while and let the shorters just keep putting shares out there.... maybe get to a few billion (if not there now) before the covering has to start....
that would be fun!....a dream come true for many. something like that would be better if the company was ready to open the first plant, had regular monthly rev's and was in planning or in construction phases of a few more plants.....
and ready to get all the paperwork caught up and out...transparent ........
All of that and this would ROCKET..... until then, i still think we'll be trading .000's soon and for a while.... I'll be buying there if so...just in case :)
