mike...that's exactly how it works. The fact that CABN has great potential does not mean it's a good investment right now...timing is everything. It won't be a good trade until volume picks up...companies that need to raise capital must 'promote' to build the volume needed to dump shares into...watch for a 'promotion' and then volume....catch the wave.
If it was only about 'potential', all penny companies would succeed and investing would be easy LOL.
