I figured(rightly thank god) that they weren't going to walk away from a shell with a fair amount of cash in it.
Similar situation to BNTNF, shell, crapped out on drilling in Louisiana, but backed by Sheldon Igwentash out of Pinetree. And cash. Always bet on a big ego and cash.
Incidentally, Sheldon Igwentash, needs a big win to spring Pinetree back into prominence. He bet too heavily on Uranium like a lot of people and got trapped. But he would love to hit one out of the park like he did with Arequipa.
