I am up 177% on CDIV, and it is easily the biggest gainer I've ever had. And the amazing thing is that I have no intention of selling ANY of it until it is up at least 350% from ITS CURRENT LEVEL (and that's only when I will START selling in small increments -- my initial sell price is now $2.63)!!!! CDIV is quite simply a monster!
