That's a good question.

A good CEO would NEVER care about the price of the stock, other than to just be kept informed. His ONLY concern should be the successful operation of the business, and then the stock will take care of itself.

I believe that is exactly the type of CEO we have here.

Don't know about this company but at ashland part of COE pay was with stock that they could keep or sell
