I will just say that I believe that DFWI and Holigan have teamed up to pull this off.

It's a good team, the largest shareholder and the largest creditor.

They both have a vested interest in selling the shell to a private company in a RM.

How clean the shell is is definitely an issue, many debts, missed filings, etc. Can they clean it up? We will see.
