Well, .0003 is 52 week low, & I don't think its gonna hit that again when there are more investors and popular than last year, my guess is that after the annual report its gonna fly( traders are waiting to pump on any PR). With penny stocks a great news doesnt make difference and a no news makes it fly. Live & learn.
