the delay is simply accounting. Companies file when they are ready or finished. not because they have good or bad revenues and want to rush out good numbers for a day trader to make some quick gains. Or so midnite can sleep better at night.
its simply an accounting measure. do you think they really care what OTC traders want them to do to boost the stock.
