Thirsty. Good find. Like you said there already exists a pharma, etc and I wonder how the now CDED can utilize that name. Did you login? I did and now am MORE confused.
Goose. I am a long for quite a while buying into CDED whenever I had any extra coin and now am up to 2 and a half million shares. I have not sold one share. I bought in back when their motel/hotel business was their big item. Then along came the news that they had sold some software to DataFuzion, a private company now. I phoned the CEO of Data and then added a lot more shares of CDED. Data will be going public early in 2005 and CDED will receive a lot of shares which, they have already said, they will disburse to us shareholders. I figure Data will come out at a dollar a share at least. I thought the more shares of CDED I had the more I would get of Data. Now. The Data shares will, I hope, be restricted because, if not then the CDED holders will sell them and seriously hurt the share price of Data.
Then. The biggest news of all . A merger with Ron Kelly. I am not sure I would want him for a next door neighbor, but, as a CEO he does not have many peers. He KNOWS how to make money.
I guess you might call me a pumper but this is how I see it. Read up on Ron Kelly and you will see why I am so enthusiatic about CDED.
