And who says THRR is selling the stocks in the open market?! who is selling and buying in my opinion are the stock traders! it's a stock market and it happens in many stock market. Do you know who is the buyer?! Difinetly you don't, do you know the final results of the offer and the DD? also you don't! so when you get the answers for all the above questions then you will see the accurate price wether if it's positive or negative.

The above mentioned is just my own opinion.

That idk but how can a person find out about insider trades realtime with a pink?Could thrr management buy shares on the open market w/o us knowing about it yet?The dilution could have been a false short for the buyer on open market shares idk.I thought I heard the .01 was for all o/s and a/s so what would happen with the other 2.5 billion=25 million?
