BBB: I don't think many are still waiting to convert...
It can be a bit of a pain in the butt going through that process (Opinion letter, mail it in paperwork, wait for the new cert) - my guess is anyone that went through that process probably got it all done within that 90 day window, so they didn't have to go through the hassle of re-doing it. The volume tells us that's the case as well - if we still had a ton of people converting it would be showing up in the volume, and it's really tight today.
I think yesterday blew out the last batch or atleast 99% of it.
