i would sticky note it. first of all what environmental damage? if there was that type of problems the regulators would have issued cease and desist and flaggewd the project. as far as i know there are regs out there and nothing in spite of what you want to believe nothing has been said see candy b note. the pools are being developed as we speak. the permits issued etc. also having the best experts and engineers available is a greatadvancement. i am not sure what you are trying to say but, please don't parse the pr or if you do be a bit less disengenuous.
