It is standard and accepted practice for ALL stocks on the NYSE , Nasdaq , AMEX , and OTCBB to only audit year-end 10K's . Quarterlies are compiled by Accountants and are reviewed to auditing standards but are not audited .

PIHN's 1st quarter was Accountant compiled so it may be assumed the 2nd and 3rd quarter Fins will also be Accountant compiled and ready for AUDIT for the 4th quarter and year-end Financials .
