Thanks, Local. As we all suspected, it looks that some institutions have been quietly accumulating the Chemtura's common shares. If it is true, it is great news for us.
Always good news when funds are buying this far into the game. This is where I feel having Skadden representing the EC helps with the prestige factor, and makes the big boys take a look. Along with the environmental claims possibly being litigated out of BK, things are looking good here.
