I just hope that the shares of the new company will be high enough in value so that if I did decide to sell them my commission fee would not be higher than the value of the position itself; a lot of shell companies tend to be in the sub .01 range. Any examples of stocks of shells that have a good price?

No, that's not the way a spin-off works, but the end result is the same -- it will be a separate public entity. We'll have to see whether there is ever a viable public market for its stock, most likely on the Pink Sheets.

The value will depend on the growth of ViStra's business. Right now it's not worth much, but we will see what develops....
