I agree Rocky. It is a WALL SREET remuneration package and more. However, I am strongly of the view that if it wasn't for Caldwell all the investors would be up the creek without a paddle.
It does, however, appear that a lot of the funding that has gone into ACTC and future funing will be going into CALDWELLS pocket.
I am a strong believer that people no matter who they are and what their background is should be paid on performance and that needs to be measured performance. If those measurements and targets are not meet then the bonus is forfeited.
That being said if ACTC can bring to market the products they are touting then the remuneration may be tolerable
