that is for RAY to determine;but i can tell you they would have to dig deeper into their pocket if they still want a piece of the deal;HDY real valuation has just increased given the major obstacle in Guinea is out the way; i think they should double the offer we are now in a power position to seek operating partnership in our own terms/
