He's had plenty of time to think about this as we have had discussion about this before months ago. It was a toss up at the time between Northrup Grumman and General Dynamics.

When you dump out at 2 cents..you don't come back at 8 or 9.

Anyway, I am convinced we are on the final countdown.

And judging by the continued L2 support I am not alone with that feeling
