Do some DD (read 10q's) with JBII and TPCS and you will soon find out that JBII has no fundamentals.

If you did Benchmark JBII, you would soon find out that JBII is extremely overvalued compared to there benchmark. Unless the benchmark has a P/E of 3,000.
