#61419 RE: Trav G #61418

I have no proof on an R/S...only my opinion that comes with more than a few years experience of dealing with these stinky pinkies.

Mark Dotson said no R/S...he apparently doesn't work there anymore so anything he had to say is pretty much a moot point.

#61443 RE: Trav G #61418

I think the PR was pretty vague!! If it were not vague then I would not be giving my opinion. It seems to me that they are having problems at boths ends of the pile by what the PR says and does not say.

"Copper King Mining Corporation (CPRK.PK "Copper King" or the “Company”) today announced that management is evaluating and contemplating improvements for mill tailings discharge including filtering, drying, stacking and containment."

#1 To me this paragraph says they are looking for a solution to address a problem they have concerning their mill tailings discharge(the bad stuff)and yes there are regulations that have to be met. Why was this problem not addressed the last time the mill was shut down?

"There will also be a review of the flotation process with anticipated improvements. Effective 6:00 PM March 25, 2010, the Company has halted production at the mill in an effort to contain and resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible."

#2 Do you think they shut the mill down to review the flotation process with anticipated(more)improvements. They also say they halted production in an effort to "contain and resolve the problem" (it would then seem to me that there is indeed a problem). How quickly they can resolve the problem is my main concern. Is it 7 days or 90 days maybe somewhere in between?

"The Company has engaged world class consultants and engineers to assist in this improvement process. To continue operations without better management of mill tailings discharge and without better recovery of its copper oxides would be irresponsible. We expect some recommendations for process adjustments to be forthcoming. A time table and budget has not yet been established.” Marcus Southworth, President/CEO"

#3 This paragraph seems to say that the facility is not up to snuff on either end(the tailings or the copper)of the milling process. If you shut down the mill after such a short time back up and running after being down for a few months then how could you not have some kind of time frame this time after the last mill shut down.

#4 Are there financial problems, are workers layed off, does MD still work there(cannot believe that we still do not know)in any capacity and did the company(as some have stated)start the mill back up for the last week or two to generate some revenue to make improvements to the mill or was it to pay operating cost if they generated that much?

These are some of my questions and opinions because with the little amount of information(and very vague)that the company has put out, my opinions of that information is ALL I have to go on.

Yes I am still a shareholder but getting a little frustrated with the lack of reasonable and important(not vague)information from the company. I do hope they finally turn this company around and do become the company that alot of us think they can be.IMO
