if nvei has anything even remotely viable, then why didnt fairpoint advance nvei funding? why did fairpoint award a contract weeks after nvei proto testing to another company?
excel, some insider buying would reinforce NVEI being "well on their way towards our goal". Surely, management can scap up enough change amongst them to buy some shares to ease shareholders concerns somewhat.
