Healthcare WAS the most important issue IMO and now that it's done, the politicians should get cracking on other issues instead of yelling and screaming about what is already done.
This is why Congress usually gets nothing accomplished because the "losing team" (whichever side it is) cannot accept losing gracefully and goes on the attack instead of moving on to the next item on the agenda.
