MT, I'm curious, I thought the reason for acquiring MEI was for the revenues from the gas wells to develop the converter. Now you are saying they dumped/sold stock???

Also, why do their PRs continue to come out of Winston-Salem? That was the office of Joe Overcash, who I thought resigned - Matthews is based in Ft. Walton, FL, if I'm not mistaken...
