You would have thought HH knew this was coming (bills) and when the pps was up around $1 he would have only needed to sell 400k-500k shares and not millions of shares like what is going on now, but it is still a possibly.
The selling of these new shares has been going on for a long time and at preveously high prices than now, so if this was money needed to pay bills, HH should have a lot more than 400k at his disposal by now.
