in the end , what matters is valuation
you own 200k shares at 10$ each
or 100K shares at 20$ each

the stock will go where it's valuation belongs too for the market cap of the company , regardless of the number of shares (number adjusted)
in my opininon , a small number is better tradewise , it's easier to get bullet mooves with a small float compared to average day volume
