And THAT, in a single sentence, is the reason people continue to dump money into a very troubled company like EXPH and lose it. Just as they may do with many companies that are known or proven scams on the OTC/pinks. No matter how irrational it becomes, no matter how insane it appears, no matter how many times it is proven that they are wrong, once they are sucked in like so many were with EXPH, they don't eat the loss and get out. They follow this illogical philosophy:

"...Any stock can run. Being deserving of the pps is all relative."
