I wanted to run it by you, because the digital transfer sounds strange to me. I mean it sounds great and possibly easier to do, but also easier to manipulate, say someone bought shares of a stock but never actually got those shares, (the naked short selling)then this digital transfer to I think the DTCC could also be a transfer of the naked short sold stock. I mean it is easy to manipulate digital data, and have this system just say everyone has their shares even if they really don't.
