wow, excellent post !!!!!! a GOLD medal post.

I was invested in another pinkie ..... ( INCL now entk )

INCL had 5 billion A/S all turned into O/S
the single owner of the company did an R/S at the end of last year,
changed the symbol to ENTK and ALL PRs for INCL were automatically deleted .... as in GONE forever !!!!!!!

ENTK now claims 5 million O/S with assets worth $5 million ( LOL )
the PPS is at .15 - .30 and struggling ( with new investors not knowing much about the past )
the new .15 to .30 = .00015 to .0003 prior to R/S

CEO's history is VERY important to know, IMHO

The crash from 20 to 4 was nasty indeed ........ & PSC is another over-compensated scammers like Lebed was !

meanwhile, money is NOT going into OTC stocks at this time (trust me on that one)
so MMs use all kinds of creative ways to get whatever they can FROM us ......

The Nevada SOS may be behind in its paperwork. According to Pink Sheets, there are 75 million authorized as of 3/8/10, and 25,134,135 in the float as of 2/1/10.

If you do some research, you will discover that RR has accomplished many goals since 2008, and why would he intend to dilute when he has just reduced the number of A/S by 25%?

RR is getting it done. It's all about the future, not the past.

You're right, it wasn't millions. He issued nearly 2 BILLION shares during 2008 when the symbol was still EXPT:

Thanks for the info
